Mantelivoi
Usko saattaa välillä loppua, kun mantelit jauhautuvat vain pienemmäksi muruksi, mutta yhtäkkiä öljyt alkavat irrota ja seos notkistuu voimaiseksi. Tarvitset tähän voimakkaammalla moottorilla varustetun tehosekoittimen tai monitoimikoneen, joka jaksaa pyörittää massaa n. 10min kuumenematta. Pysäytä kone välillä ja kaavi seosta koneen laidoilta.

Lately I have seen almond butter recipes in Pinterest andt several cookbooks. It decided to try to make it. It was so delicious tha I think that it will be one of my Christmas gift recipes.
Almond butter
200 g of almonds
pinch of salt
(a couple of drops of vanilla extract or a pinch of vanilla seeds)
Spread the almonds on cookie sheet and roast at 200 degrees for about 8-10 minutes. Let the almonds cool. Put the almonds in a food processor equipped with S-blade and let the machine run until the almonds first are grounded into flour and finally form paste.
Faith is needed, it seems like that mthe grounded almonds never form butter, but suddenly oils are released and crumbles transform into butter. You need a blender or food processor with a more powerful engine that can run the mass approx. 10min without overheating.
Stop the machine once in a while and scrape the mixture down the sides. Store the prepared almond butter in jar in fridge and enjoy on toast, with fruits or in smoothies.
